Project Title: Striking Gold Empowering 9 Talented Bowlers (Special Needs & Under-resourced) The Challenge: In competitive bowling, specialised, custom-fitted equipment is not a luxury but a fundamental requirement for athlete performance, safety, and consistent scoring. Professional bowling balls must be drilled precisely to the bowler's hand geometry to generate the required hook and prevent injury. Professional shoes provide essential sliding and traction control, which varies depending on the bowler's approach. This project addresses the critical financial gap: many of our most promising and dedicated athletes, including bowlers with special needs and individuals from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, cannot afford the investment required for this professional gear. Consequently, they are forced to compete with generic, ill-fitting equipment, placing them at a severe disadvantage against their fully equipped peers. This project ensures that talent, not financial capacity, dictates success. The primary goal of the "Striking Gold" project is to provide a complete, custom, competitive equipment kit to 9 individual bowlers who demonstrate commitment and high potential but are constrained by financial hardship.
