Who approves the fundraisers?

Fundraisers uploaded by individuals on behalf of Voluntary Organisations must first be approved by the Voluntary Organisation in question.
The final approval of all fundraisers uploaded, both by individuals and by Voluntary Organisaitons, lies with MCVS.
