Support TAMA: Help Us Hold Space for Survivors in Malta

Gender-based violence isn’t always visible but it is happening, right here in Malta.

You may have seen the recent stories on Lovin Malta, women in Malta who survived trafficking, abuse, and unimaginable violence.

At TAMA, we work quietly but consistently to support women and girls affected by this kind of harm. Offering emotional support, practical help, and a safe place to begin healing.

We’re now raising €5,000 to keep our frontline services running. This fund will help us:

• Sustain our team who provides trauma-informed emotional support

• Cover basic operational costs (digital tools, messaging platforms, etc)

• Continue expanding and employing survivors

• Expand outreach and training with institutions

Beyond direct support, TAMA actively collaborates with the Malta Police Force, the Ministry for Education, and the University of Malta to build awareness and deliver training on gender-based violence. We believe change must happen on both personal and systemic levels.
